JOINING THE FRONT AND BACK PANELS OF THE DOG BONE STOCKING
Using color A:
Align both panels with right sides facing up, on your front panel where you did not tie off, insert your hook into that loop through both panels, and do the following:
Ch 1, 2 sc into each ch space, (about 40 sc) until you reach the top of color A, sc 2 times into the corner, sc across the ONLY top panel of the dog bone stocking (creating the opening of the stocking), 2 sc into the corner, sc around until you reach where you first started (about 60 sc, but as long as it looks even it is done).
ADDING THE BOW TO THE DOG BONE STOCKING
Using color A:
To make the bow you make a slip knot then chain 55 and tie off.
To attach the bow to the stocking, you will find the row directly below the first bobble row, find the middle of the row, then you will insert your crochet hook around the 3 middle stitches and continue to make a bow like you would with your shoe lace.
How to crochet faux fur bobbles on stockings
ADDING THE FAUX FUR BOBBLES HANGING AT THE END OF THE BOW
Using color B:
Row 1: make a magic circle and sc 5 times into it, ss to join, ch 1, do NOT turn (5)
Row 2: sc 2 times into each st, sl st to join, ch 1 do NOT turn (10)
Row 3: sc2tog in each st, sl st to join (5)
Fill with a little bit of stuffing, sew it shut, tie on to the bow in the front.
