Joining Sea Starfish Crochet Panels
Using color B, 7 mm hook:
Holding both panels together with the wrong side facing in, join with Color B at the base of any arm, being sure to work through both panels, the top panel should be facing you.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in ea st, for one sc on each side of the arm, you should work through one of the back stitches twice (this will naturally turn the arms backward which is the goal). Sc 3 into the top of each arm. Once each arm is complete, make sure to stuff it, I recommend using a chopstick to make it easier.
Tie off and weave in tails.
